DAVENPORT STREET, ROBE DEVELOPMENT PLAN AMENDMENT

PUBLIC CONSULTATION

Notice is hereby given that the District Council of Robe, pursuant to sections 24 and 25 of the Development Act 1993, has prepared a Development Plan Amendment Report (DPA) to amend its Development Plan.

The Amendment will change the Development Plan by proposing to rezone approximately 3.2 hectares of land on Davenport Street/Evans Cave Road at Robe from Coastal Conservation Zone to Industry Zone.

 

The DPA report will be on public consultation from 27 February until 29 April 2019.

Written submissions regarding the DPA should be submitted no later than 5.00pm on Monday, 29 April 2019. All submissions should be addressed to the:

and should clearly indicate whether you wish to be heard in support of your submission at the public meeting.  If you wish to lodge your submission electronically, please email it to council@robe.sa.gov.au

 

Copies of all submissions will be available for inspection at Council’s office at 3 Royal Circus, Robe from 30 April 2019 until the conclusion of the public meeting.

A public meeting will be held at the Council Chambers, Royal Circus, Robe on Tuesday, 7 May 2019 commencing at 6pm at which time interested persons may be heard in relation to the DPA and the submissions. The public meeting will not be held if no submissions are received or if no submission makes a request to be heard.
