Ordinary meetings of Council are held on the second Wednesday of each month.
Meetings begin at 6.30pm and take place in the Council Chambers, Smillie Street, Robe. If a meeeting time or date is changed, notification will be given in the local paper.
Any person wishing to speak in the public forum at a Council meeting is allowed a maximum of five minutes to address Council. A total of thirty minutes is allocated for the public forum.
All members of the community are welcome to attend Council meetings.
