LIMESTONE COAST SOUTHERN REGIONAL ASSESSMENT PANEL CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST - INDEPENDENT MEMBERS FIVE VACANCIES

District Council of Grant, Wattle Range Council, District Council of Robe and City of Mount Gambier formed the Limestone Coast Southern Regional Assessment Panel (LCSRAP) which commenced on 1 July 2022.

Expressions of interest are being sought from members of the public who would like to be considered for appointment as an independent member of the Regional Assessment Panel (LCSRAP). The role of the LCSRAP is to make decisions on a wide range of development applications within the respective council areas.

The LCSRAP is to be comprised of five members who have an interest in urban and regional planning with appropriate qualifications and experience. As a guide, it is anticipated that independent members could come from the field of architecture, landscape architecture, civil engineering, planning, law, building, environmental planning or similar fields.

It is a requirement that all members of the LCSRAP obtain accreditation from Plan SA as Planning Level 2 to be able to be a member of the panel. Independent members will be compensated for their time and expertise. The term of the LCSRAP is for a two year period.

Expressions of interest detailing experience, skills, knowledge and qualifications and whether you wish to be considered for appointment as Presiding Member should be forwarded to:

The code of conduct for panel members and the guidelines for accreditation is available by request and should be obtained before submitting an expression of interest.
