Strategic Plan 2024-2028
Adopted in May 2024 the District Council of Robe Strategic Plan 2024 – 2028 sets the vision, outcomes, and key actions for the future and helps inform Council's Long-Term Financial Plan, Annual Business Plan and Asset Management Plans.
The Strategic Plan identifies six key Strategic Directions for 2024-2038 and 24 Priority Actions for the next four years:

- Grow Robe’s Entrepreneurial Spirit & Economy
- Promote Robe’s History & Heritage
- Protect our Natural Environment & Coastline
- Enhance Appearance & Function

Further Information & Feedback
During the consultation phase, Council placed significant emphasis on community feedback. Even though the plan has now been adopted, community feedback remains key, and is always welcome.
