Council is now offering exclusive 35-year underleases for berths at Lake Butler Marina. These long-term leases provide security for owners and support the ongoing sustainability and growth of the marina.

From 1 July 2025, all short-term berth leases ceased, except for a small 5% allocation reserved solely for genuine cruising and transiting vessels under Council's Short Term Mooring Policy.

This means the only way to secure ongoing access is by purchasing a berth.
