INSTITUTE HALL HIRE

The Robe Institute is located on Mundy Terrace, next to the Library and Visitor Information Centre and is available for public hire. The Hall is 250 square metres and outside lawned area is 500 square metres. The venue is suitable for functions such as weddings, events, markets and performances. If you would like to hire the Institute please submit a hire permit to council@robe.sa.gov.au and contact 8768 2003 to confirm availability.

COUNCIL CHAMBERS & MEETING ROOM HIRE

The District Council of Robe has a Council Chambers and Meeting Room which are both available for public hire for small meetings or workshops. The Council Chambers sits 14 people comfortably with a table configuration and extra seating is available for theatre style seating. A projector and tea/coffee facilities are also available in the Chambers. The meeting room sits 8 people comfortably and has online meeting provisions. If you would like to hire the either of these spaces please submit a hire permit to council@robe.sa.gov.au and contact 8768 2003 to confirm availability.

EVENTS ON COUNCIL LAND

Council's reserves are available for Events, for example a wedding on the Foreshore.  Exclusive use of the foreshore includes connection to water and power and supply of extra bins for collection. Please submit your Event on Council Land application to council@robe.sa.gov.au and contact 8768 2003 to confirm availability.

BUSINESS USE OF COUNCIL LAND

With an approved permit, Council land may also available for business use such as surfing, yoga or fitness classes. Please submit your application for Business Use of Council Land to council@robe.sa.gov.au or contact 8768 2003 with any further queries.

FUNDRAISING ON COUNCIL LAND/FOOTPATHS

Charitable and community groups are able to fundraise on Council Land and Footpaths with an approved permit. Please submit your Fundraising on Council Land application to council@robe.sa.gov.au or contact 8768 2003 with any further queries.
